So currently I am living in the cleanest city-Indore. I first came to Indore when I represented my school (from Chhidwara) in Handball. Although I never imagined myself living here, I always thought I will end up living in Pune, Mumbai or somewhere in the south(Bangalore, Hyderabad), but my husband has great devotion for this city that eventually dragged me here. I first arrived at Indore after my marriage in 2013 and stayed till 2016 then for a brief period we move to Raipur, after six months we moved to Nagpur and finally last year in September we were back again in the City.

About this city, geographically it is in west-central India and is majorly known for its 7-story Rajwada Palace & Lal Baag Palace. As per the Swachh Sarvekshan survey, Indore has been the Cleanest City in India two times in a row!!
The city is also popular for its range of Namkeens. The city is crazy over street food, some examples of them are night market Sarafa Bazar and the 56Dukans. Being a

Indore has lots of nearby places to visit. Believed to be the heart of Madhya Pradesh, the city has to offer all types of tourists destinations. You can have your pick from places like Omkareshwar temple and Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Temple(among the 12 jyotirlingas of India).

The holy city Ujjain is renowned as one of the legendary centers of Kumbha Mela. The fort and temples of Maheshwar near Narmada Ghat is just mesmerizing and also offer the famous Maheshwari saris.

Mandu, the historic city with a superfluity of monuments reflects the royal grandeur of the past ages. Patal Pani, Tincha fall and many others are fascinating places with stunning waterfalls. Choral Dam, Rajwada palace and the list continues.

There are lot many other things but how can I forget the city’s as well as India’s very own Moonwalker Police Cop – Ranjeet Singh (also known as Indori Singham)
So that’s all from me today, there are many topics which are not covered here but will hopefully share in a descriptive post. This post is a part of the November blog challenge.
